Checkout without Password
Currently (040) there's no easy way for the customer to choose if they want to checkout without entering a password, or to have a store that can handle both password-enabled and "guest" checkouts at the same time.
Some options include:
- Only requesting a password if the customer chooses to save their CC# (http://forum.foxycart.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=493)
- Adding a choice after entering the email. ("Guest Checkout", "Regular Checkout") -

"Unified Order Entry" (orders on behalf of customers) planned
The ability to place orders on behalf of a customer, while logged in as a store admin. This would be useful for running phone and fax orders through your existing FoxyCart checkout process, automatically integrating with any 3rd party functionality (website, fulfillment, etc.) you may have in place.
Also would allow the store admin to modify customer information, which would be useful for subscriptions and other requests that customers might make. (ie. A phone call to update their billing address or something.)

Quantity Discount/Surchage per Tier (not per unit)
Ability to add a flat cost to an order based upon quantity tiers, in addition to the regular price per item. This differs from regular quantity discounts in that the surcharge or discount is applied to the order itself, based on the quantity tier, and not a discount applied per product.

FREE, if only purchase order (no credit cards involved)
Free - No monthly fees - but the only payment gateway available would be "purchase order". no live shipping rates aswell.
Basically foxycart would only serve as a shopping cart that can hold several products.
Good for beginners or very small businesses..

Make Product Images Visible In Shopping Cart
So that the customer doesn't have to go back if they want to verify the item they are ordering--they can just look at the picture of their item right there in their shopping cart.

Ability to have multiple languages (with multiple different cart/checkout/receipt templates to correspond with the selected language) per FoxyCart store.
