===== Setting Up Your Bank of America Payment Gateway =====

  - Login to the new Foxy admin: https://admin.foxy.io/
  - Click on Settings
  - Click on Payments
  - Click on Default Payment Method Set. (If you have multiple payment method sets, select the appropriate set.)
  - If "Authorize.net" is already showing under "Payment methods", click it, then click the red "Remove" button. (You can only have 1 credit card payment method per payment method set, so you have to remove the default test account.)
  - Click on Add Payment Method
  - Click on Bank of America
  - Input your Bank of America credentials
  - Click the green Create button
