===== User Notes and Experiences ===== ===== User Notes and Experiences =====
+After your Transaction Central account is created, you will get an activation email from Transaction Central (or TransFirst).  This email contains a login and password.  The login and password you get in the activation email will NOT work in FoxyCart.  You have to call Transaction Central to get the working FoxyCart credentials.
 +
 +Have these things ready:
 +
+* Your Transaction Central ID number,
+* the business name and phone number which they have on file,
+* the checking account number which is linked to the Transaction Central account.
 +
+When you call Transaction Central, ask to speak with their integrations department.  I had to wait for them to call me back.  Once they did, the Transaction Central integrations person set up a specific login/password for FoxyCart.  Plug those credentials into FoxyCart and it should all work.
