Setting Up Plug 'n Pay for FoxyCart
- In the Plug 'n Pay merchant administration, create a Remote Client Password by following these instructions.
- In your store's Foxy administration, on the payments page, enable “Plug'n Pay”. In the “Username” field enter your Plug'n Pay account username, and enter the password you just created (and not your account password) into the “Remote Client Password” field.
- Save your payment settings and test.
Register Foxy's IPs in your Plug'n Pay account
To ensure that Foxy's servers are allowed to communicate with your Plug'n Pay account, you'll need to register Foxy's IPs in your account.
You can follow the instructions on this page for registering the IP addresses, and these are the IP addresses that you will need to register:
- IP: 54.243.60.3
- IP: 54.152.220.165

Important Notes and Caveats
If you get the “C: dupl” error message, please contact Plug'n Pay support. This error means the merchant was provided with a wrong username (duplicate account).
If you receive an “Authentication Failed. Password is required for all api calls.” error, confirm that you are using specifically the Remote Client Password as detailed in the instructions for connecting your account above, and not your account password that you use to log in to the Plug'n Pay merchant administration.
