Please refer to the Orbital (Salem) documentation for notes. Both Salem and Tampa use the same codebase on FoxyCart, so features and functionality should be identical as far as FoxyCart is concerned. Before you do anything else, we recommend contacting Maurci Witherspoon at Chase Paymentech at 214.849.3672 or by email. She's incredibly helpful, is familiar with FoxyCart, and can help ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
